Just to encourage you, remember when Moses was sent to speak to Pharoah which was an "impossible" task to the ex-Prince of Egypt?
"15 Then Moses said, “If you don’t personally go with us, don’t make us leave this place. 16 How will anyone know that you look favorably on me—on me and on your people—if you don’t go with us? For your presence among us sets your people and me apart from all other people on the earth.”
17 The Lord replied to Moses, “I will indeed do what you have asked, for I look favorably on you, and I know you by name.” - Exo 33:15-17
Well, today you are set apart in Christ and God has gone ahead of you with great favour to settle your HDB issues. He will not send you where He has not already gone ahead and made good. Amen.
Bible says when even 2 on earth pray, it is agreed in Heaven what we agreed on earth. So praying in agreement with you for His timely provision in all things. =) Amen.

It's a pleasure reading your happy experiences and how God has provided for you :)
Indeed, we've been praying for a suitable flat, now realistically looking for resale and also somewhere near my parents. We believe that God will provide us with the most suitable one at the best timing when we're more mentally prepared for the marriage so that we do not have to rush to get the cert in 3 months' time.

Income ceiling is 3k only for new flat in non-mature estates. For mature estates, the income ceiling is 8k.
