And today 4 Dec marks the end of my Sem 7 exams. tho LC and cheryl ended theirs on Fri.
went to eat with pharm clique at Waraku at Marina. The 正宗 one.

My normal Ice Lemon Tea in a frozen glass with ice locked in their position. think cos they store their EMPTY glasses in the freezer.

Hua and cheryl shared the paper steamboat thingy.

anw, this sem, I mugged with LC and Tuba section. thanks for all the support thru'out the torturous period! hehe.

and thanks to the cleaners in Sci lib. esp the old friendly looking grandma figure cleaner. quite nice having her around :P though i dun tok to her, but somehow she just reminds me of a nice granny.

thanks co-op for selling Uniball Jetstream. the best exam pen. though now is abit chui already.

thanks to my lecturers who set the papers. though i'm quite frustrated at some questions which practically test us on MEMORY and how well we memorise the notes. this shdn't be the way to learn.. grrr. haha but it's over. bleahhh

Update from the not very chao mugger

I think i'm the only garang kia in pharm who goes to lab almost everyday (not full day though) during the reading/exam period. Normally, pharmers will put their lab work aside and concentrate on exams. I think i'm more concerned about my slowness in my project. haha. hmmm think i'm quite driven by a very enthu "boss" which is good. actually felt quite bad when I told her I cant squeeze in one more transfection during the exam period. cos i'm already going to do 2 rounds of transfection during these 2-3 weeks.

i was telling LC about the schedule for my lab during the exams. and she commented, "you seem to be enjoying urself wad." and that really sets me thinking whether I've "regain" my interest for research after some of the unhappy personnel relations episodes in the lab. mayb it's juz the lab. i duno! but i wan to noe. haha afterall, post-grad application ends in Feb. i need to find out soon. those pysch ppl like cloud and rixin, pls hypnotise me to help me find out my "inner desires" HAHA. i asked giam also whether i should post-grad or pre-reg (for pharmacist license). He said "everybody can be okay with research. but do you really like it to do it for 4-5 years?" hmmmm... another 金玉良言 for me to ponder on... afterall, research dropout rate is quite high... must think think think... so.... post-grad or pre-reg?

not counting ducks this sem. cos there's not much of a liberation after 4 Dec, except that i'm gg on a short trip to Cameron Highlands with my pharm clique. besides that, the very next day after my exams, right before i board the coach to Msia, i'm going to lab... Bahhh... (I must be enthu about lab.) YAY!

i actually miss mugging with the MHMs. why you all go SEP/graduate and leave me alone?! hahaha

hmmm i've decided to do research at BTI for my 12 weeks holidays. doesn't count towards my 1 year pre-reg training. but 6weeks wouldn't mean anything if i would find what i wan to do there as my career ba. haha. (hopefully)

4 down, 1 more to go. today's paper was ok, quite 精神 after YESTERDAY's mocha. (yes, the caffeine effect was v lasting. haha, i cant sleep that night b4 the paper, only sleep for ermz.. 3-4 hrs for the 9am paper, juz tossed and turned in bed cos dun wan to wake up to study oso HAHA)

Last Paper: Pharmaceutical Biotechnology (Monday 30 Apr). dun feel like mugging too much for it leh, how?

Updates on mugging!

as some of u may noe, last thurs i went home early for my dad's early bday celebration. hehe! ermz it was a celebration in advance cos my parents were going to hokkaido! tt's why have to celebrate early. 幸福的人们... and this was the feast we had. chicken wings, lots of sushi and fried rice (tho i nv touch the fried rice but i tot it was delicious too hehe!)close-up on the sushi. sakae okiez! hehe they offer home delivery too!

days of mugging always end up with dinpers! hehe this was in KFC. hehe!

also in KFC hehe (eh we not only eat KFC, we oso eat botak jones and nasi lemak heh!)

okiez today before going to mug in CFA, i went for a hair-cut at Kimage. got the Kimage Style Card at $12, so that I can get a 10% discount (fri to sunday: 10%, mon to thur: 20%) on my $30 haircut. so now haircut is $27. plus i wanted to buy my Sebastian Laminates Conditioner ($83). den kena persuaded to get another thing so that i can get 4 chops (products of $30 get 1 chop). so got a bottle of hair masque ($39) so that products total up to $122 to get 4 chops. haiz. u must be shaking ur head now. i noe. this is called "kena bombed at hair salons" and i always kena.. :( i'm supposed to be saving up for ITALY! ARGH!

and then it's MingWei's (the magic school bus uncle) bday! (ermz celebration in advance)
