I think it's the best DnD i've ever attended for NUSWS. It's fun, and geekily interesting. Ideas were creative. me yokes and yyk thought of the questions for Geek pageant! haha. but i think cos it's towards the end of the event, so nobody bothered with the questions already. SAD! :(

oh and the lucky draw was in a BINGO style. creative hor? haha. i won the ahem... 20th prize. snacks. haha. ok la, better than nothing :P oh ya, me yokes and yyk helped in shopping for the lucky draw prizes too! haha.

oh enjoy the pics. I purposely buy a geeky specs for $12.90 at 77th Street at Jurong Point one. Quite nice. But i dunno whether i'll be wearing it again. Still like it, cos it completes the geeky image! hahaha.

YESH! haha.

mine was at 1315 hrs at Dispensing lab. my panel of judges were : Dr Paul Ho, Giorgia Pastorin and Rachel Ee. I think it was not too good but not too bad. at least everything is over.

at least i think i wun get to present for symposium due to my lousy poster (compared to the rest). so the next step i would have to do is really just to pin up the poster. heheheheh. haha!!! anticipating KTV after the symposium!!!

yay. and after my presentation, met LC in the library who was still brushing up on her poster. den i went to meet my cousins after 1 hr of DFD prac reading and 1 hr of crunchyroll. hehe. photos up next time when i receive them! =)

oh ya and sth qt cool, my dad's gg to present to NUS some business talk about MAS system in SG, kena arrowed by superior to do it. haha, will be in May, wonder what kind of lecture/talk that would be. I think i wan to go "crash" haha!

That time Cloud was asking what's nice at my coffeeshop but I dun have an answer. Now I know. It's this western food stall called "Roasted Chicken (Rooster head logo) Western food". It's run by 2 young lads who learnt cooking from Shatec. Look at the mushroom soup. It's THICK one lo. $1 for soup plus bread with any meal.

The Pork Chop I had. I think the Fish was better. The Pork tastes like satay type. The Fish was those nice breaded fillet kind one. AND EACH MEAL COSTS $4.50 ONLY!

You'll be so jealous if i tell you i can see sunset from my Balcony everyday (provided the weather is good). Cos the sun sets at the Chinese Garden Lake. and it's nice scenery which I've been seeing since I know wat's sunset :P (i rmb sitting at the balcony during late afternoons to pass my time when i was young)

during lunch today, my mum was telling me about some foldable chopsticks-cum-spoon-cum-fork thingy she saw at her buddhist class. she seems interested to start a business for this environmental thingy, and wanted me to promote to my university when we're onz. haha. quite a good idea right? hehe. maybe going to drag some cousins into the business.

So i've decided to do pre-reg after i graduate. the application for Masters is over already, and LC also decided to do pre-reg to see if she's really not keen. for me, i tink mayb it's 天意 that made me fail the Medicine and Dentistry interviews to do Pharmacy so that I dun have to study so much. Actually if i'm not so academically inclined, I would have gone into music. now i just wan to see whether I'm really good at Pharmacy type of work. if i'm good, i'll further to take PharmD (doctor of Pharmacy), maybe i'll end up teaching in NUS. If not, hang in for a while, continue my cello/band/music, den when the time comes, i'll do Locum (part-time) for Pharmacy and teach music part-time.

at least that's what i'm thinking now.

End of Week 6

20th Sep was Huazhen's bday. hehe another surprise party (3rd time actress liaoz ) haha..

This time i was supposed to act and say i left my FYP file in LT 20 so that Hua will accompany me to LT 20 and there'll be her akido frenz inside waiting to spring a surprise on her. hehe... feedback from hua was that i acted quite well cos i looked quite serious though she sensed something wrong. HAHA... i told u i'm a good actress :P haha

buden the LT was occupied and LC had to fake LS and go toilet and ask hua to accompany her. (HAHAA!) so the surprise was when we all came out from the toilet and the akido ppl were holding the cake and singing the bday song :)

even got refreshments lo! POWER HAHA

went to change my laptop bag from New Urban Male. last piece. but looks okay haha

then went to celebrate bday with fellow ah jins (cousins + sister). got a CASIO watch for my bday!! hahaa quite kiddy looking but i tink it's not bad. my 1st digital watch after.... 17 years? haha...

the thai express ppl sang a very long bday song... -_-




it's mid sem break.. means.. it's lab week.. transforming into lab rat!!

6May: Nephew Isaac's 2 Year old party at new house at Changi Village Road --> Shopping with cousins!







and then, me with 2 other cousins ended up shopping at Tampines Mall and Century Square.

shopping rox la, but burn hole in pocket. bought a pair of shades for outdoor activities, new covered toe heels for concerts/interviews/work, a top just becos i gian.. haiz..

wanted to buy 陈绮贞's new compilation. i got $5 sembawang CD voucher so the $12.90 was $7.90 liaoz. but i shopped so much today! haha smsed Cloud Nick and Yokes and they all told me to buy... haiz. i'll buy after next Mon when i've found out how much i'll be earning for attachment haha. shd be more than $5 a day? :P

Cousin Bday Celebration

To ppl who dunno, we 4 are the AH JINS haha... (some of u may actually hear Xueting calling me that in sch hah!) okiez i tink we gave ourselves the name of AH JINS cos we were digging for sale items macam digging gold (金 jin) and so.... the name evolves haha!


Went out with my Ah Jins on Sunday (consist of me, my sis, my younger cousin Xueting & the birthday girl Hui Hua who is also the eldest among us) to Vivocity to eat dinner and celebrate the belated birthday.

Request by birthday girl: to wear dresses HAHA funny request la....
